Physically Challenged athlete from Russia
My name is OBYDENNOV ALEXSEY, I live in Russia. I have 29 ears.
Sorry for my English.
This is one photo that shows how small a bodybuilder can get WITHOUT training arms.
I CAN'T train right-hand and left-hand restrictedly. Who thinks about of my state? Anyone?

AMAZING. You are a true inspiration.
Anyone who says they "have bad genetics" for bodybuilding should be pointed to this thread. This guy shows that nothing should get in your way.

You get someone to type for you? That's fvkin' insane. There's no way I could build a physique like yours if I had the same condition. I'd be too busy feeling sorry for myself. F'in awesome, bro.

AlexZ - great job, man. You are incredible considering the obstacles you have to overcome.
Everyone else - please type in plain English, not the usual 'cuz', 'shud' and so on. Hook the Russian up. Or as Alex would say, 'на английском, пожалуйста"
/took Russian in college, still went to Babelfish to get the letters

I am never going to complain about anything again. For you to have overcome such adversity to make such accomplishments says a lot. To me it says that with the right attitude, you can accomplish anything. You would do the world a great service by publishing your story. Probably make a lot of money in the process. Thanks for sharing.
