saw this negro man on the leg press machine that had 4 pegs for the plates and he loaded up 45s on all 4. Before I saw him attempt anything, I thought it'd be funny to pull the $100 bill out of my pocket and tell him it's his if he can drop the weight to the stopper and back up. I can go below parallel at 185 without ANY problems. /facepalm
In fact, I always go at minimum below parallel.....

lol I've always been a skinny weak guy so for years I would lift using 1/4 range. Used to squat 315 for 12 reps, but a couple of years ago I finally decided to try to go to parallel/slightly below parallel and was shocked at how weak I really was. Only able to do like 150 for 12. Bench same thing, I used to do 225 for 12 going down only half way. When I finally tried doing full range I struggle to do 225 for 3 reps. It's kinda funny how I actually prefer to do full range in all my lifts now. Don't care how weak I am because going full range makes me feel like an 'honest lifter' lol. It's weird because now I have your point of view and look down on all the people in the gym who try to throw on big weights but don't do the full range of motion.

GJDM I love on bench the feeling of some heavy ass weight touching my chest or on squat when i reach the bottom of my squat and the bar is bending and everyone is stareing
