Just a real quick question

hey guys..sorry if this is a repost, but is there any exercise that can get you that " double bicep " look. Ya know, where it looks as though your bicep s split in half. If so id really appreciate it, im thinking about adding some kind of arm work to my routine.

Cool These exercices can help you to define that double bicep view.

hey man, the next exercises i'll post helped me to develop a well defined bicep, hope they won't be useless for you. Here is the list and you can check them in the exercises zone of bb.com:

Alternate Incline Dumbbell Curl (very usefull)
Barbell Curl
Chin-Up
Concentration Curls (very usefull)
Incline Inner Biceps Curl (also can be done standing up)
Preacher Curl (most efective)

those are the ones I can recomend you, how ever to gain that definition, reduce a bit your body fat, and extend as most your arm while performing the exercises.
Hope you could get those biceps. see ya
