I used to be chubby and lazy at about 164 lbs 5'6". Then I dieted down to 140lbs, and dirty bulked myself back to 164lbs (probably a big waste of time).
Now I'm down to 133lbs and looking better than ever. This was all in a year!

Not as dramatic as most of you, but I have definitely lost some fat.
In January '07 I was 322. Now I am 288. In the middle there I had a bad month where I put on about 10 that I had already lost, so I should be lower, but I am weak sometimes.
Goal is 200 pounds cut up. After that I will see how much muscle I can put on using protein, multivitamins and fish oils as my only supplements.

I've only been at this for 3 months but I've lost about 18-19 pounds. I started at 180.5 and I'm at about 162. I literally came into this place without a clue about anything. I had NO idea what a protein or calorie even was. I was completely ignorant. Now, after only 3 months or so, I find myself giving fitness and nutrition tips to people all the time. I really feel I know what I'm talking about. It's great. And I owe it all to everyone here. So, thanks a lot guys.
And a note to all the beginners: READ THE STICKIES

mine's hardly as impressive as all of you so far lol but i weighed 167lbs in january and now i'm 140lbs, working my way down to the 110-115 mark before i bulk up a bit and then go for a clean cut. it's so much funner than the typical 'diets' you read about or just simply restricting calories
oh and this thread has really taught me that when i get the body i want, i really have to make sure i work to maintain. i'd be gutted if i went back to the way i was. gutted.

Starting March 5, 2007, I dropped 48lbs in TWO MONTHS. I have been at a standstill losing weight, due to an ankle injury that occured 10 weeks ago. I am now rehabing the ankle and building up. My diet is really clean. By August 5, I will be ready to hit it hard again (if rehab keeps going great). I plan to knock off another 50-60 pounds by March 5, 2007 to complete my goal of losing 100 pounds in one year.

Well, I just started so I don't have the accomplishment and self-gratification of knowing I succeeded just yet. I have a pretty good road to travel. I am 250lbs, at 30% b.f., and my whole goal isn't necessarily "weight" as it is to just drop the b.f. level to 10%.
I just started today working with Dr. Clay on my nutrition and cardio routine. I am going to take some serious "before" shots today and put them up on my bodyspace page. Who knows, maybe I actually could be in a bbing comp one day?
Seeing you all loosing the weight is real cool because it really allows me to see accomplishment and gives me the ability to really understand that it can happen. This is a great post, I am glad they made it a sticky. Good job to everyone who made it, who is making it, and who will make it soon. Thanks again.

WOW!! It only took you one year to loose that much weight! Thats like 15 or 16lbs a month! Consistently!
Thats a rep in of itself, thats all I have to say. Excellent job.

I hope the ankle goes well. I had a similar injury and it usually acts up when I am running or something, but overall it is healed. Also, excellent job, that is a TON of weight to drop in two months!
I always thought it was cool to actually pick up the weight you loose in dumbbell form or something and just laugh at how that use to be on you somewhere. Great job!

Just wanna say that you guys are an inspiration, and I mean that in a very non-gay way.
Keep up the good work.
Hopefully I'll have some good results to post in a couple months.

Kudos to everyone! Great Job!
I've lost 35 lbs and still enjoying booze once/twice a week and big meal once in a while.
Want to drop another 25lbs for my very short height of 5'6"

Congrats to everyone who has made great progress, and good luck to everyone in the future
I've dropped a little over 100 lbs, and have been slowly recomping/gaining LBM for a couple months.
