BSN No-Exlopde seeking Advice
Okay i have been taking NO by BSN for about 6 months, I came along bodybuilding.com and started reading some articles about other NO products. I want to try white flood by control labs, but my question is I have been taking No for this month and i want to try white flood do i have to stay off of NO products for a month and then start NO supplements again. Just curious i heard you should give your kidney a break i read this somewhere but i cant find the link. If anyone can help me that would be greatly appreciated.

if you feel any of the following stop: sleeplessness, dizziness, nervousness, headaches... if not take a week or two break then start white flood the break makes the feel a bit better and will make you feel more certain any how you could take some tests every once in a while (blood,urine) to check your medical condition thats the best way...

Well When I was taking No I had non-stop energy but since I am only 17 and in my opinion its not too smart to take anything other than A multi-V and Protein when your this young I stopped taking it. I completely loss my Pump and just went threw with my workouts but didn't get all pumped up like I usually did. It took me a bout a week to get my old rhythm back. I think It was my body readjusting. So what I think is that you should let your body Re-adjust and then take the new supplement. But why would you want 2 get off No to begin with?? no is in my opinion the best Creatin product out there.

I dont recommend NOexplode
I tried it out for a week with the minimum dosage taken in the middle of the day and I could not sleep any night for more than an hour or two. It's like legal cocaine! lol

the product says dont take within 4 hours of bed lol and also No explode is nitric oxide not a creatine product, its just has creatine in it

It's not that strong, you're exaggerating a bit...it also depends on your serving size.

Ya its strong but not like that lol its a good sup gave me a ton of focus and the heavier i went the better my body felt just my two cents
