Thighs!!
Now a days i m not squatting at all not doing leg exercises still not loosing muscles. Mine thighs re 24.3".
I have gained them in one and a half years.

If you want big thights then it's time to work them out! I hope you don't mind me sayingt but you need to bring up your hamstrings and quad a lot. it's not so much the case of squating or not squating but to work out ! Squats are the best but there are plenty other leg exercises that works great ( It's getting very hard and painful for me to squat because of severe injuries but I managed to keep my thights trainnig hard with othere exercises ).
So try to make a good routine and stick to it... unbless you're satisfied with your quads ...

Hello
I measure my thigh from the upper region and they are 24.3" , i have quit squats because i gained a bulky glutes and i don't want it any more i will be doing now legpress.

No offense, but like someone already said, the only reason not to squat is because of injury, otherwise your screwing yourself out of the overall growth your body can get from squatting heavy. I think leg workouts are what divide the men from the boys in terms of being able to go through excruciating pain in order to tax them thoroughly and make them grow. There really is no poing in arguing how many inches they are, as it's not relevant, they just look small right now...

Funny thing is, Mine measure 23" <chicken legginess>and look better<well i think they do> ....Cause of squats...

Edit..... Also squats are a "Compound movement" so doing them in a work out releases more testosterone thus giving you a better benefitting workout<same as bench press , deadlifts etc>
