Bluffcolts ready to bulk again!
New to the Journal thing but here goes!
Currently I am 5'6 at 155 lbs and ready to put on some more!
34 yrs old! Feel 21 
Here is my workout schedule for the week!
MONDAY
chest/ abs
TUESDAY
back/ biceps
WEDNESDAY
shoulders/abs
THURSDAY
legs
FRIDAY
chest/tris/ abs
SAT
rest
SUNDAY
rest.
As far as diet goes, I am trying to eat better everyday. Tuna, chicken, eggs, spinach, (Wife is vegetarian, so I get plenty of veggies at home.....lol) Other than about 10oz of Orange Juice in the morning I drink water all day. about 1 1/2 to 2 gallons.

Looking like a solid start so far! I'll be in for the long haul..
Bulking is always fun.
After my transformation contest log, I'm going to do a workout journal. I'll let you know when I have it up.

Still dont feel like I am back to 100% but I still hit it hard. Wasnt real happy with the chest workout, but felt like I did well on my abs (never did that much with abs until now).

Feel much better today, I got 8 hrs of good sleep last night. Will be doing back and arms tonight. Back still being a weak point of mine, I plan on pushing myself.
