Does anyone use Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey?
I have a question when you take this does it help a lot in making muscle quick and will it help you get stronger??

Do I take it?: Sure why not.
Will it make you big and strong very quickly?: No, it won't.
There's no magic pill in gaining muscle. If you don't want to spend years in the gym and eating thousands on tuna, better leave bodybuilding alone.
On's 100% is the best Protein available in my eyes but it only helps you if you do the groundwork, which is, eating like a horse and training like a beast.

Nothing will help muscle come "quick" but yes ON's whey will assist in building muscle. I see your only 15 so make sure your diet is in check otherwise your wasting your time and $$$. Also you might look into getting a good multi. When you get around 16 or so you can throw in some creatine mono if you like.

it's good. i use it. mainly just for PWO and sometimes for breakfast. i used to use it 2-3x a day, and really don't notice a difference. i think people rely wayyyy too much on protein shakes for their protein.

No, it's just a source of protein like which has to go hand in hand with proper training, nutrition and rest.
I can see you've already set a foot onto the ON bandwagon. How typical.

I think ONs whey is probably the most popular whey product on bb.com. Very good tasting, very good stuff.

Likewise, I know some people who basically live off protein shakes.

Whey Protein is a dietary supplement and should be consumed accordingly. If you find it difficult to consume 1g-1.5g of protein/lb of bodyweight a day (as most people do) than you can supplement the necessary amount of protein.
