Creatine serum is a scam, do not waste your money. Creatine cannot stay good in liquid for over a couple of minutes. Thus, when made into a serum the creatine is not effective at all. Any gains which you are realizing are nothing more than the placebo effect.

Creatine serum is indeed a waste. The product degrades to creatinine which is not going to give you what you want. There are plenty of threads on this if you want to search and read more as well.

If you want an alternative to creatine serum, essentially a liquid form of creatine that actually works, and works really well, try this stuff:
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/aap/liquid.html
I've been on it now for over a week and it's one of the best products I've ever used.

Except they are right. Creatine can not be in liquid form for more than a couple of minutes before it degrades into creatinine.

The idea of creatine in solution has been debunked for a while. People still sell it, of course, because they can take advantage of uninformed consumers.

How about trying the product first dikkhead. I have and it's the best creatine I've ever used. In fact one of the products that everyone claims to be the best, green magnitude, was complete garbage compared to the liquid kre-alk. I've also tried cellmass, noexplode, green bulge, etc...none were as good. And furthermore....my friend owns the best muscle supplement shop in all of San Francisco, and he uses this stuff personally and said they have scientific studies to prove it works very effectively. He carries every creatine you can think of and chooses to use this kind. Trust me I was skeptical at first too. It is NOT a serum, it's a gel, which is much thicker and the specific type of creatine used does not break down to creatinine when in liquid form. Don't knock the chit if you haven't tried it, that's all I have to say.

I heard that creatine can last in water for up to 8 hours. So everyone that mixes sizeon and xtend together to drink during w.o. is really just ruining their creatine?

I might be pushing it a little when I say a few minutes it probably takes a few hours to degrade into creatinine but it can not stay as creatine suspended in a liquid for days and weeks at a time.

No need to call people names here and from what you said here you haven't tried a serum either its some kind of a gel product. I have personaly tried the serums back when they first came out and they did nothing for me. Also what is this gel called that is supposed to be so good?
