if this is truly what people find impossible or rare in terms of transformation, then there is no ****ing hope for any of you to achieve any type of physique even near op's. holy ****, i honestly think op you should just bulk the **** up and stop with the lighting (disregard my avi, i was mocking someone) and pretty music, i got negged a few times for posting here, but what pisses me off is that people find it extremely hard to believe this was natty or just plain genetics or juice...
lol im just laughing in my head.
eat 3800-4000+ calories or more for the next 2.5 years with smart training and dietiing techniques and be consistent for that long, you'll achieve 2 times better than op.
its sad to see people complaining about this guy not being natty. i got no hate for op at all, dont get me wrong, fantastic job but im not the least impressed.
stop asking for diet, stop asking for routine... it wont make a difference, what makes the difference IS YOU!
strong jealousy. You just hating on OPs aesthetics, something you will obviously never have. It takes hard work to get that lean at 5'10 165, your hero Bondons is 5'11 and competed in the low 160s. Just saying
Yo joe, I asked you this once, either you thought i was kidding or didn't know what I was talking about but.. a while ago you made a thread titled something along the lines of "I'm cutting and eating pizza's u mad? " or something, Can't find it. What was the pizza recipe ??????????

People on YouTube made stupid accusations that he is on steroids.
How is it that on his comments from his YouTube Video people like to assume he is on steroids? That is a wrong assumption. Josef does not look he is juiced up. He has an athletic build. It's dedication and hard work. That pisses me off. Gregg Valentino is a prime example (the man did use steroids and also synthol which is not a steroid) and most modern (not all) bodybuilders. Josef has a build similar to the vintage bodybuilder though not as big as Steve Reeves.
