I'm 6.1 and I weigh 141 pounds and now I see that with hard work I should be able to get great gains to.
Being a ecto and gaining muscle isn't that easy. XD

No pain, no gain
30 LB of muscle in 2.5 years, solid work brah. I started at about the same weight(130lbs) as you 9 months ago, am now at 157 lbs. Am keep bulking until I reach 175lbs or so and then cut. Keep it up.

People on YouTube made stupid accusations that he is on steroids.
How is it that on his comments from his YouTube Video people like to assume he is on steroids? That is a wrong assumption. Josef does not look he is juiced up. He has an athletic build. It's dedication and hard work. That pisses me off. Gregg Valentino is a prime example (the man did use steroids and also synthol which is not a steroid) and most modern (not all) bodybuilders. Josef has a build similar to the vintage bodybuilder though not as big as Steve Reeves.
