Despite the fact she is my mother, i don't have patience for lazzyness. As well, after a million times of showing her how to cook, what to do and what to eat it 's just so bloody pointless now so i really dont care. MAY seem selfish but seriously its not.

Doesn't seem selfish at all. Your mom is a bitch.

curry, i love the stuff, i only eat it from restaurants also so that don't help, specially buffet night, now when i go i stick to the healthier options, avoid the nan bread, eat lots of chicken etc, but i still know its bad for me, i have a coke addiction also, it was what made me fat, haha but pepsi max has cured that for the most part

luckily im really good at motivating myself, getting in the gym and eating healthily apart from the above

Phew, for a second there I thought you were going to list your coke addiction as something that helps you lose weight... a la Kate Moss.

so "acting" as a bitch is different from being a "bitch"

When you are "acting" as a bitch, you are being a "bitch", which in turns make you a "bitch"

Did I say the word "bitch" to many times

The biggest problem is that people convince themselves they are adhearing to a diet plan and they cheat like crazy and then can't understand why it doesn't work.

How to avoid this problem? Set goals, write them down. Post them where you can and will read them 3 times a day. You MUST program your mind for success!

I am eating about 1800-2500 calories per day, carb cycling, nothing really seems to work. I also lift 5-6x per week for about 90 mins/session and they are intense workouts of supersetting muscles. I was running about 5 nights/week for about 20 mins but since my legs seem to have very little energy lately I've been replacing it with longer walks. All in all I probably do about 30-40 mins of LISS cardio 4-5x per week.
If my BMR x activity level (250-255 lbs depending on the day + average activity level, I walk to classes and back twice a day which is about 1 hour total walking + have my intense weight lifting sessions + cardio. But aside from the walking and workouts I'm sitting studying a lot or on my computer) is supposed to be about 4000 calories, then with my 2500 calories consumed + weights + cardio I should be at a 2000-3000 calorie deficit a day.
I usually go out once a week where I normally drink vodka + diet coke, it shouldn't come anywhere near countering the large calorie deficit I create throughout the week so I don't know wtf is up. If I have a 2000 calorie deficit 6 days a week that's 12,000 calories. Say between the drinking and going out I consume 5500 calories for the day, which I highly doubt I do, then I should still be at over a 10k deficit for the week, the numbers are not showing on the scale. Just seems like I work a lot harder and eat just as well as the people losing 3-4 lbs/week. I am debating doing a clean bulk for a month to try to restore my metabolism but I don't want to gain a whole lot of mass which will hide the results I've gotten so far until I'm cut.
your all of these conditions.

a) probably gaining muscle
b) metabolism attapted to your diet if you've been cutting for over 2 months.
c) HIIT
d) if its been 2-3 months that you've been cutting and lifting weights, take a week off, eat at maintenance, let your muscles rest..
e) get on a new diet, make sure you have high protein, good fats, and perhaps a vitamin.

for me.. its cutting.

damn i just want to see my f-ing 6-pac, and its taking foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Haha, ok. Two can play this game...

Acting like a bitch is only a temporary state of affairs. Being a bitch is a permanent, declarative statement. When you are acting as a bitch, you are merely acting bitchy at the time, not in a permanent state of bitchdom.

Put it this way... my mom acts like a bitch sometimes, but I would never say she IS a bitch.

Anyway, I'm exhausted now and need to go home...

Good fun.

my biggest problem i have had in the past is motvation
that and because all of my friends are fit and they always can eat and drink whatever they want and dont have to worry about it and i see them eating and it makes me want to eat but now i have more control over things and i have motivation because my dad past away this past year at the age of 42 because of high blood pressure and he weighed 280 lbs and i know that loosing weight will not solve all my problems with that but i know that loosing about 80 more pounds will improve my chances of not becoming the same fate as my father so that is my real motivation is that but back to the problem is i think another reason is it is so easy just to come in and get fast food but now i havent eaten fast food in a month now and im not really craving it so hopefully all will go good and i can keep my motivation

Your friends may be able to eat what they want now but continuing like that they will quickly see a change when they join the working world. Once you are behind a desk and your metabolism slows you cannot get away with eating whatever you want. just ask 60% of Americans.

the hardest thing for me is preparing the food and being able to AFFORD the food. i don't have a problem eating it and i enjoy all the healthy foods i eat...but making 4-12 egg whites every day, cooking 5 steaks a week and 8 chicken breasts, is a ton of work and time that i dont really have.

spending roughly $50-75 a week on groceries is killin my pockets man.

Definately DIET. I have no problem going to the gym but i just cant figure out a good diet. I am still losing weight at a decent clip but results would be much better if i knew of a good diet.

She said that her mom is "always" at her throat for her looks and not making her food. This is acting like a bitch, and if she does it all the time, then she is a bitch. No, I would never call my mom a bitch either Regardless, a mother should not blame her daughter for her weight problem and expect her to do the cooking, my parents never did anything remotely like this.

Too be honest I kinda looked at my bicep tonight and wondered how the hell this happened. It looks nicely sized and like its gaining some defination. I guess I'm just more focused on getting the weight down than what is probably better in the long term. All these posts of people who have lost 70 lbs in 4 months somewhat discourage me when I have lost ~40 in 8 months and it seems like I'm working harder. My diet has been similar but has gradually got cleaner over the months. Right now its probably 90-95% clean besides the weekly drinking.

Making enough time for rest.

The most insidious thing out lack of enough sleep / rest is that it leaves me tired, which makes me less motivated to work out. It makes my sessions less intense. And then I don't make enough progress.

The rest of it is easy when I have enough rest.
