i'd think that any restaurant that doesn't cook entirely fried foods would be a healthy restaurant... as long as you stuck with healthy foods like chicken, veggies, salads, fish, etc.

Chipotle has some good food. Only thing to worry about is the high sodium.

Some National Chains . . .
Casual dining places like Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, Olive Garden & Ruby Tuesdays have diverse menus w/ a reasonable number of fairly clean items on their menus.

i was actually wondering about chipotle bc as long as you get the right stuff and not the bad (cheese, sour cream) it would be great for bulkers.

speaking of which..
what kinda **** goes on outbacks steaks do you know?
Like would my only concern is the sodium they put on it? If I looked up the nutrition facts on a steak that I ordered (say a 12oz) is that what I am eating? Or that plus 50G of carbs from there marinaide..

There are options at most places...however sodium will get you if you eat out too often.

fast food guide/eating out guide:
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/show thread.php?t=2920231
most restaurants now offer lighter dishes on their menu, and if not it's not too hard to find your own ways in making each entree healthier (ordering sauces on the side, getting double sides of vegetables-steamed!not buttered, asking about the menu, etc.)

Okay, Mr. Neurotic. We get the point, you're obsessed with clean eating.
Read this, http://www.chick-fil-a.com/MenuTable...argrillednobun
I've also heard that of all places with "grilled chicken", where the grilled chicken has the black girll marks, chick fil-a is one of the only ones where its real grill marks...
