Im finally back and need some advice~
So for all of you that might have followed my journal in the past i was getting ready to compete in my first figure comp and unfortunately i had to have 2 hand surgeries... Now the doctor gave me the go ahead to start working out again i would just like some feedback. It was really hard not working out for 3 months and 10lbs later. i would just like some imput~
im doing light lifting 5lbs in each hand... thats all i can do till late september~
also about 30-45 minutes of cardio 5 times a week.
womens multi- vitamin, fish oil, and flax seed if you can suggest another supp i love feedback
breakfast- either regular oatmeal or dry rye with 4-6 egg whites
lunch- turkey and lettuce wraps with carrots
snack- yogurt or cottage cheese with an apples
after my workout- protein shake
dinner- chicken and a veggie and maybe some brown rice or a sweet potato~
thats my average day. im trying to add one more snack in maybe 3oz of tuna between breakfast and lunch...
