His name is at the top of his profile. His swimming background is also stated there. He has posted lots of pics of his progress so you can see when it occurred relative to his start. Plus, he's restated a lot of that in his posts. No mystery.

Like I said, if you read what I wrote, I improperly bulked up to 170 and put on some unnecessary fat, then I learned how to do it properly and put on some lean mass. Now I am getting rid of the "babyfat" and going to start out clean with my new knowledge. My end-of-bulk pics were much better then my current ones, but I had no digital camera and I used a regular one which didn't turn out to well.
BTW, just because you use it does not mean that you are a complete expert and can go around accusing others of using in a sarcastic manner. I have seen several people that have grown much larger simply by a good diet and working out, especially when they start out so skinny.

I mean, he sure got good results, no doubts about that. However, did he get more than what can be expected with 1 year of hard work and a focused diet? I don't think so...
Please mind that I still give huge credit to his hard work. But I do think some of you are exaggerating, I've seen some incredible "transformations" before and I wouldn't call this one "amazing" or "incredible".
Again, I repeat... I congratulate him for his good gains, I hope noone adulterates what I am saying.

Agreed, that's what I was kind of saying in my first post.

it stays pretty close since i eat naturally, i'll have perhaps a little more fruit and vegetables, but other than that im still having lots of salmon, steak, chicken, cottage cheese, etc. because i want to keep my muscle mass up while lowering my body fat
im just burning off way more calories than when i do just weights

The progress in that time frame is skeptical, but not unrealistic. If you did it naturally, congratulations on accomplishing more than anyone else has on this forum. The only thing I find unbelievable is your age. There is no way you are 17.

You look like a completely different person.
The difference in the facial bone structure between the 2 pictures for 10 months is UNREAL.

very impressive progress man! keep it up..
i need some clarifications on your workout routine tho.
you said you do 3 weeks weights 1 week cardio, and your cardio has 30 mins light weights training. whatabout your 3 weeks weights training, do you do cardio also or you just focus on heavy lifting?
thanks!

His age and the progress timeframe are both bogus...
He looks ok though
