Cheat meal, how bad is it?
How bad is it? I mean would it be better to stick to your nutritious diet? or every few weeks go out for chinese/pizza etc.... I've heard that cheat meals may even be beneficial?

Meh, no need for them but it's not going to set you back that much. I personally don't cheat and don't believe it to be that beneficial if at all.

its good to shock ur metabolism every once in a while.. but x2 to the post above.. i love sticking to my diet and what i eat.. everything tastes great and mixing 2gether a bunch of healthy foods IMO tastes great.. im not a big fan of chinese sauces, greasy ass pizza, disguting chicken wings.. just beacuse i work in an italian resturant and see how all this is made makes me never want to eat it..
the other night at my girls house their parents and family were eating pizza.. its disgusting watching that nasty ass cheese drip down the side of the pizza and watch the grease dripping on the plate.. god i cant take it! driving by mcdonalds makes me want to throw up

if you feel you need a cheat meal then do it once a week... if you are strong enough to go without then do just that, like me i havent drank a soda in months and i know if i do drink one im going to make it a regular thing so i reframe from drinking it entirely.. everyone different

One meal isn't going to make or break you.

One cheat meal a week breaks things up a little. It won't hurt.

i think there is a lot of cheat meal threads cuz everyone realized how much food their was in their faces during the 4th of july. I myself had a italian hot sausage yesterday and today, not the best meat for u but damn its been so long since i had somethin like that. Im done with the little bit of cheating i did though and back on track.
x2 on the repetition is the best way to learn... i always read these threads still to "make sure" its still not good for you i guess haha
