Arm size? + My transformation.
Alright guys, I've been clean bulking for approximately 2 years now and all my lifts have at least doubled (some tripled or more). The first pic is me at about 120 lbs. (a couple months after I started lifting). A had really bad acne (which is gone now) and very narrow shoulders (not just delts, but the actual bone). Since then my acne has cleared and my shoulders have widened (delts + frame). In the first pic my arms were exactly 12". The second was taken really fast and was completely cold and relaxed (I tried to hold my arm out a bit so it doesn't look like I'm pushing it out to make it appear bigger). How big do my arms look (second pic)? Also, what do you think my weight is? Sorry, no leg pics, but they're decent (maybe I'll post some later).

*edit* Oh, and I'm about 5'9".

better pic would be better next time, but omg its a pretty good transformation man, congrats.
Your arm looks pretty big compared to the rest of your body, i'd say about 16inch, but honestly its really hard to tell.
Why don't you get string or something and measure it urself, it would be more accurate.

It's a poor-quality pic and remember that my arm is completely relaxed (I took it really fast). Actually you can still see horse-shoe tris when I flex. Again, sorry guys for the horrible pic, but I just thought I'd post anyway. I should have done a forearm pic too, as they're one of my best bodyparts IMO.

Well thank you (j/k). Since I was very thin and had that hair it did appear kinda feminine lol. But at least that's all in the past, eh .

Nice mass gain man. As a naturally skinny guy, I know how hard it can be to get that necessary base that stocky folk take for granted.

Alright alright, enough of all the you-look-like-a-chick jokes . Oh, and I'll try to get some better pics (hopefully soon). I know the quality sucks .

Yes! I had (and still do) to eat a ton of food to make those gains. I was eating all the time (and again, still am).

You don't even look like the same person. Good job! Keep it up and don't let the haters on here bring you down. The only thing I suggest is taking a more clear photo next time around.

Impessive transformation. Wait until your 20's and you get that mature muscle, your really going to blow up.

It looks like you ate like a normal teenager during a time period that you are naturally going to grew whether you lift a weight or not. Congratulations on all your hard work. Well done.
PS You suck at pictures.

I'm not quite sure if that's sarcasm or not. Anyway, although I know I would have grown anyway my strength wouldn't have naturally just doubled or tripled (IMO). And it wasn't until I was lifting that I even started to gain weight. And yes, I KNOW THE PIC SUCKS! I took it real fast right before I went to bed. I'll probably take a pic that's when I'm pumped and flexed. I just wanted it to be relaxed so you could see the size difference better.
