Creatines! questions want input
Is CEE truly useful as a standolone. I beginning to think that it is useful in products such as animal pump, shock therapy, etc. But would it be better to to use plain mono as a maintenance creatine. I find that products like vitrago gel give me longer lasting pumps.
Now creatine ethly ester. It absorbes rapidly and you dont have to add a transport agent and you can use less water.Could this be more useful for runners or just pre-workout?
With creatine mono blends I believe it good when you take creatine like twice or once a day like post workout or in the morning and post workout.
Give me insight

See what Im taking now is. hemaguno, furaguno, animal pump(pre workout and work out dys only) liver rx,flax oil, multi vits, optimum protein, beef liver tabs, and zma nights.
When I cycle off of hema., fura, and animal pump I going to go with a creatine mono blend, a anti estrogen, and still continue with the rest of my stack.

As mentioned, I'd opt for the time-tested creatine monohydrate. I put five grams in my post-workout shake.

Should women use creatine?
I had a trainer tell me not to use creatine. He said that for "women" the creatine would get stored in the layers of muscle and be stored as fat making me look bulkier instead of lean and ripped. I was wondering if anyone out there can set me straight.
