carbs and weight lost
I have been gettin info on eating meals w/ carbs during the morning (first 2-3 meals of the day). I was just cuttin out all carbs and sugars. I workout twice a day 3 day split Chest AM/fasted cardio, Back PM (day 1), shoulders AM/fasted cardio/arms PM(day 2) Quads AM/fasted cardio/Hams PM (day 3) then off one day then back at it, cardio 5-6 days a week that consists of 10-15mins bike, 8-9mins (1mile) moderate pace, then 1 mile intervals, I also do incline work with the treadmill that starts the same way with the bike but then instead of the 8-9mins then intervals its all done on a incline, start at 5mph, 6mph, 7mph, then back down then back up, walking in between when needed. I was doing all this without carbs! My current stats are as follows, 195lbs-200lbs, 17% bodyfat according to the tape measure, 35in waist, 16 inch neck (that tape messure B.S.), I also want to get a bodyfat analyzer what kind should I invest in, I have 4 months til I get back to the states, I want to have 10% bodyfat before bulking.
