stuck on military base
help, im stuck on a military base somewhere hot and cant cook my own food id like some advice on what to eat.
im taking cyclone supplement after weights and before bed.
available for breakfast (7am)
suasage, bacon, fried egg, boiled egg, tomatoes, beans, croissants, pankakes, bread, wheatabix, meusli, frosties
Normally i have wheatabix, meausli and 2x boiled eggs + 1 glass 150ml fruit juice.
lunch available (12noon)
sandwich on brown bread/white bread, baked potato, chips
tuna mayo, veg mayo, salad, pasta mayo, potato salad, beetroot, pickled onion. fruit.
usually i have sandwich on brown, tuna mayo, beetroot, some salad or a little pasta. and an apple or banana
dinner available (6pm)
usually a selection of meats.
potatoes, inc mash croquetts and roast or boiled.
broccoli, cauliflower, green beans.
i usually have all veg, little or no potatoes and the meat which has to be carved as this is usually the real meat rather than processed chicken thats available,
i do cv in the morning before breakfast for about 45mins and weights in the afternoon at about 3pm
any help please

if you cant eat anytimes between meal times your just going to have to eat as much as you can at those 3 meals.

cheers guys,
cant eat anything between cos the only stuff they sell is choclate and crisps in the naafi/px
amy trying to get pb/j on whole wheat bread but its hard to get hold of.
