whats better bike or tredmill
whats better one of thoes cool looking speed stationary bikes or a tredmill...might soung dumb but i see poeple really working up a sweat and ufc fighters use them

I'd say either a treadmill, since its slightly harder than a stationary bike, or a real bike. You can work up quite a sweat on trails and stuff.

real bike and actual jogging as you can get more air and change the environment e.g hills, fields, beach etc

bike or treadmill
Personally,i like to use the treadmill,i find i always get a better cardiovascular workout. But if you have not so good knee's or discover you have pain when using the treadmill then the bike works too, you may just want to use the harder levels.

stronger legs = treadmill
ever notice how sprinters and runners have bigger/toner legs than bikers?

Stationary Bike, its better on your knees, plus I personally get a better workout using the Bike anyways.

im just old fashion treadmill guy but if somehting is better id like to use it..

hey i go jogging and sprinting all the time cause theres nothing better then a good run but the only cardio machine i use at the gym is the skiing machine thing
