if its ur first time taking it.... you will lose 15 - 20 pounds if ur on a good diet and do ur CARDIO!

Cool, i have a similar product called Stacker 4, started it today.
Did anyone have sleeping dificulties when taking these thermos? I was rather hyper this morning.. have calmed down now though

I lost 5 ish pounds with these and a decent diet. I stopped because i can't handle the stim effects. In addition, i've lost more with a good diet and no hydroxycut then with the stuff and a decent diet.

I have been taking it now for a week to help with my weight loss. I started a strict diet and lots of exercise and so far have lost about 2 pounds but I'm not sure if the pills have helped at all as I have lost 30 pounds now since January.

I can read the label on the packet! But thanks!
The stims can keep somepeople up all night even if they have it at 3pm.
As it happens it didnt effect my sleep

I've read better reviews on "SAN! Tight", and "Lipo-6", I suggest you try those two fat-loss supplements; instead of hydroxycut.

lifting weights builds muscle which will allow u to keep ur metabolic rate high muscle doesnt burn fat it aids in metabolism cardio does burn the fat u actually have a good diet is key cardio just increases it by many more times lol dumb

Weight lifting plays a big role in weight loss as well and it does help u shed some fat..... but for u to say cardio is a distant third for fat burning is pretty dumb...

Hi, I have been Hydroxycut hardcore for about month now and lost about 10 - 15 lbs. I have lost 60 pounds in the last two years but now I use it for the problem areas like my lower back and under arms. It's working but you have to eat very clean and weight train hard. I don't do alot of cardio because I don't want to burn muscle off.

u r 100percent right.you need cardio to burn fat. i hate it when people say cardio is not needed and is not a priority because that is complete crap.
and ur also right about hardcore deteriorateing your muscles. that stuff is horrible for ur muscles so when ur on it you need to weight train harder if u want to keep ur myscle mass
cardio clean diet and lifting are all u need to burn fat.
