I used to hear (and believe) the same thing.
From reading great posts here, I learned that women don't need a loading cycle or the entire recommended dose of 5g.
On May 13 I started taking 1g per pound of body weight (3g total) an hour before I work out and I will NEVER look back!
Not only will I never consider NOT using it (other than a random cycle off of it), I will continue to use it right thru my next competition.
No bloat, no cramping, a little water retention-but right where I want it and right where the product should put it-MY MUSCLES!
