No Energy at the gym what to take?

Ok I am 23 6"2 240lb. Yes I know I don?t get enough sleep. I take protein, multi vitamins, glutamine, etc. I need something to help me out when I get to the gym. I just want something that will I can take about 2 hours before the gym and give me tons of energy so I can get a great work out. I work 6 days a week about 10 hours a day. Is there any one out there that is taking something that will help me out? I know there are people on here trying to promote their stuff and that?s all good but I want to get a bunch of people info on what they are taking and the results of it. I don?t want any thing with caffeine because usually I come home and take a shower then go to sleep. Thanks Dave

Yes and 2 hrs for preparing and eating food + everything else leaves you woth 4 hrs to sleep... I am in the same circle: I wake up at 5 am, work until 2.30 pm, start college at 4 pm until 8 pm and work out form 8 pm till 10 pm then go to sleep. Not much time left, right?

URLIFEWASOC try White Flood. Get one of their free samples to see if it works for you. It is the best energy supplement for me.

Yeah I know sleep is what I need but I rarely go out. Monday through Saturday I get up at 6 and get home like at 7 or so grab something light to eat and then hit the gym. I get home from the gym like at 10 shower, etc then hit the bed. I know there is no magical pill out there but I wish there was it would make my life easier. What does every one think of creatine? What is the best kind? How many times a day do you need to take it? best results?

Natural Testosterone Boosters

Raising your testosterone helps you to gain muscle, enhance your mood, maintain a healthy libido, and more! Steroids do a great job of raising test levels, but they are not legal for use. These all-natural products would be perfect for you!

? has any one tried this? Does it actually work or is there somthing that is better?

Hmm...no caffeine, how about RPM or anything that has tyrosine in it. Both will put some life into you.

I take SAN Fierce, which does contain caffeine... But saying that I take it at about 7pm, workout at 7:15pm for an hour and sleep like a baby
I get great focus even after a long day at work...

If you workout hard enough, you'll be tired enough for sleep caffeine or not.

I just recon that caffeine isn't as bad as everyone makes out...

?? I'm not sure if you're going to find anything that's going to make you all of a sudden wake up without a stimulant like caffeine. That and I'm not sure if there's a product that you can take 2 hours beforehand and then workout. Most say take within 30-45 minutes. Sounds to me like you're being too picky. The best pre-workout supplements that I know of that could help you would be NO Xplode and Animal Pump. Both have caffeine, but I think you're just going to have to get over your caffeine phobia. You could take it 2 or 3 hours before your workout though. The label on NO Xplode says don't take within 4 hours of bed because of the caffeine. So if you take it say 3 hours before you workout and then workout for 1 hour that could work for you. Not sure about the Animal Pump, haven't tried it, but I'm planning on it. Most give it great reviews.

Sleep is number one. I try for 8-10 hours if possible. I take HD-17 before workouts and seems to give me a good energy pump. However, like I said before, sleep is number one.

For a caffiene free preworkout supplement, Chaos works very well for me.

**** I get up at 6:40 to go to work and get home like at 7:40 pm. I do this 6 days a week! I try to hit the gym but am usually tired by the time i get home. Usually I have a protein shake before I go work out. I try not to eat anything heavy before I go work out. Is there something I should be eating? I eat several small meals through out the day. I take whey protein, multivitamins, glutamine an that’s about it. Any recommendations?

URLIFEWASOC try White Flood. Get one of their free samples to see if it works for you. It is the best energy supplement for me.
A: why does it take so long to prep and eat food?
B: do you need to work out for 2 hours?
C: if you go to bed at 10, then that's still 7 hours, and since most colleges don't teach all weekend then at least 2 nights a week you can have 8 hours sleep, and college is not 52 weeks of the year....

It may shock you to know that there are plenty of us across the world who have similarly busy schedules...
e.g. mine... up at 5am go to gym, 7am- 6-7pm work, 7pm+ well someones got to do the housework and cook ... bed 9-10pm....

Well I work and am taking summer classes. I go attend classes as well as have online classes. I get up around 6am and head to work and work 830am to 6pm it takes me over an hour to get home and thats if i do not have class. I do this 6 days a week!. Um I work out for 2 hours because it takes me time to get to the gym, stretch, then work out, then cool down and then sit in the sauna. Who really cares what my schedule is like? I only have time to work out late at night and even then when I get there I don’t feel like lifting and when I do lift I don’t feel like it is doing me any good being there. What I am looking for is something to help me out! Don’t really care for creatine. I am looking for something I can take on a daily basis and not have to worry about getting bloated from taking it and not have to work out on a daily basis. Yes I know there are no magical pills etc. Yes I know sleep is important! But I work, go to school, try to go to the gym and keep my home clean. I only get like maybe 6 hours of sleep in a day. I know people have more hectic schedules than me that is why I posted this. I’ am trying to find out what are people’s opinions on what they are taking and what products they are taking!

Thanks Dave
Try some Guarana I don't know if you can get it in the U.S.A. but I find it fantastic. Its a South American herb it really gives me a good kick start & puts me into overdrive or try some Siberian ginseng. I use both at different times but the Guarana is the best & I find it helps with my recovery.
