Piece of cotton in my bottle of multivitamins
I bought Opti-men multivitamins and inside the bottle was a big piece of cotton. Is this is normal or should I take it back?

Just about any bottle with pills has cotton. If you've ever has any kind of headache pills, they have it to. It's normal.

Seriously though, the cotton helps keep the pills from breaking up if the bottle is shaken or dropped in transit.

That is because ON's vitamins are made in the Q-Tip brand factory and sometimes the cotton balls fall off into the bottles and accidentally get capped with it in there...
