Check out my good friend SHERRIE CARNICLE...
She got 9th in the C class at Jr Nats this weekend. I just think she is absolutely beautiful and am so proud of her.
Ive known her for about 8 years and havent seen her in 6 years but have managed to stay in touch with her and talk to her at least once a week.
Just wanted to give her props on her first national level show.

Ive posted a few other times on this board and I am starting to regret any post or pics that I do make bc either someone has something negative to say when I am trying to show off my friend who I am very proud of or its just that some of you on here dont have a damn clue what competeing is about and how hard and dedicated you have to be in order to do it. So if your mother didnt teach you "IF YOU HAVE NOTHING NICE TO SAY...THEN DONT SAY IT AT ALL!!!"....espcially in a case like this when I am not asking for anyones criticism....then keep things to yourself.

Only negative thing I have to say is that she needs to put a little more muscle on her arms for her next contest. She looks awsome but the arms are a little inproportionate to the rest of the body. Its not huge, but something that I personally noticed right away. Otherwise she is very attractive and seems to have good stage presence. Good stuff.

In terms of aesthetics it's not my thing but as a lifter I can appreciate the HUGE amounts of effort she has gone to, to get in that condition. Very impressive!
