I’ve been avoiding the deadlift for a while now just because I haven’t bothered to learn the form and didn’t want to mess up my back with bad form, but thanks for the video I am going to give it a try sometime this week ill let you know how it goes ;D

I just watched your back/shoulder/bi workout. I considered not commenting but oh well. When I hear over and over how someone has 'perfect' form, how high reps are gonna tone, and how you are building your peak I knew to give up watching the video.
You are giving people the impression they can change the shape of their actual muscles with advice like toning/peak. Muscles grow or shrink they do not 'tone'. You say you have perfect form on things like t-bar row but your form is no where near full range of motion even though you said yourself it was.
I am gonna stick to all the other videos on bodybuilding.com. Why duplicate better videos from people like milos/glass with these videos?

I kinda chuckle when I see that... You telling me she got like that from peaking the contraction and lifting in slow-motion "feeling" the muscles? Get real!!! If one is natural, we know that the only way to "shape" a muscle is to really get insanely intense about lifting while keeping good form... I'd advise those interested in adding any "significant" muscle mass OR density watch the brit show workouts with Jon Berry OR Layne Norton's new webcast Life of a natural bodybuilder... We don't go slow and talk relaxed while we lift...
