how many days a week do you train your quads and calves??? I train quads twice a week and calves 5 days a week. Would you call that overtraining?

Just once on leg days. Training calves 5 days a week would be like training arms 5 days a week, it's no different. Definitely overtraining.

I don't agree on that, calves are more used in everyday life, so they have a better recovery capacity, which means they can be trained more often than arms. I'd recommend training them twice a week and hit em hard, calves can take a lot.

Given I have a 4 day split, some weeks once, and the next week twice.
Five times is overtraining for sure. If you hit 'em good once a week you don't need any more.

That is overtraining for sure. My lat pulldown went down 15kg when I did back 3 times a week.
