Proper Timing of Supplement Intake
I have been working out hardcore for about a month now and have had great results. My only question is in regards to when I should be taking supplements. My workout is MWF always in the evening. Every morning (7 days a week), I take my whey with breakfast as well as 7 Weider Creatine Mono pills, and 1/2 hour before my workout in the evening I take 3 Amino Acids and 3 more when I finish (only 3 days a week).
Is this proper, or should I be adjusting?
