yates rows are more upright right?? like 45 degrees?? i do overhand but my next program (starting this sunday) gonna start doing em underhand for something new

Hm.. Actually, I've tried both strapped and non-strapped before. I want to work my back, not my forearms. But I can do pretty much everything else non-strapped... pull-ups/downs, rows, etc. But when I want to work my back, and not have to concentrate on grip, I'll strap it up!
