Test Prop/Tren Ace/Var Cycle
Well here it goes this is going to be my 3rd cycle, 1. Test only 2. Test, EQ,Winstrol. This one contains:
week 1-10 Test Prop 100mg EOD
week 1-10 Arimidex .25 mg ED
week 1-8 Tren Ace 75mg EOD
Week 1-10 Var 50mg ED
week 1-10 HCG 500ui every 5 to 6 days
week1-10 T3 75mcg ED
Clen 2 week on 2 week off from start
My main goals are to harden up and gain strength, current stats:
Weight: 180lb
BF %: 12%
I started this post a little late but I'm currently at the end of week one with this cycle and so far the only sides are sweating my balls off. My strength on my bench press actually increased yesterday.
My Routine:
Day 1: 1hour cardio/Chest and abs
Day 2: 1hour cardio/Back
Day 3: 1.5Hour Cardio and abs
Day 4: 1hr Cardio/Bi's & Tri's
Day 5: Legs/1 hour Cardio and abs
Day 6: 1.5hr Cardio
Start over
Diet:
Meal 1: 46g Whey, 1 cup oats
Meal 2: 1 Chicken Breast, A piece of Fruit usually Apple
Meal 3: Turkey Sandwich
Meal 4: 1 Chicken Breast, spinach salad
Meal 5: 2 Chicken Breasts and Mixed Veggies
Meal 6: If I make it to Meal 6 its usually a peice of leftover Chicken or Peanut Butter

your cycle leads me to believe that youre looking to cut down a bit, even if thats the case your carbs are way too low & id say youre going to need ALOT more protein to maintain the muscle you have
and if youre looking for any gains youre going to need a ****load more cals

I'm Really just looking to cut alot of fat and retain muscle, this is the same diet I used for my last cycle of Prop/EQ/Winstrol and had some nice fat loss with some nice muscle mass gained! I'm getting at least 200g/day of protien you think I should bump that? and what would you suggest for some more carbs? Maybe w/ my mid-day sandwich add some oats.

my last cutt was ran with test-e and my bodyfat was about 4 percent higher then yours and i started at your wieght
i ended up at 160 10% even though my stats were small i looked alot bigger then what i was after losing 20 pounds

I am on a VERY similar cycle to cut for competition...no matter what you want to keep your protien, at a minimum, to 1.5 gms/lb of bodyweight...so if you are 180, you will need to take in roughly 250 gms of protien per day and would be better off closer to 350. Good luck on reaching your goals.

oh...btw...you are doing WAY too much cardio...cut it back to about 45 minutes a day...doing much more will cause you to catabolize muscle.
