I'm doing 15's for HST right now, here's what I'm putting up tonight:
ATG Squats 120 @ 2X15
Stiff Leg Dead 95 @ 2X15
Bench 60 @ 2X15
DB Curls 17.5 @ 2X15
Triceps Ext. 20 @ 2X15
Lat Pulldown 60-70 @ 2X15
Pretty low, but they'll get heavier when I'm going 5's

I can't wait to see what your ATG squats go to at 5 reps. 120 lbs for 15 is pretty awesome!

yeah!
i'm pretty stoked right now. last night i was able to do my whole set of tricep dips unassisted! granted it was just 7, 6, 5 but still...unassisted. i'm excited.
and
found i can max 115lbs on the bench press. that was done after i did 8reps @ 85lbs, 7 @95 & 6 @105.

Well I've sort of stalled out at 140, I have to do them just parallel at the end and I'm shaking hehe. But I'm still hopeful that I'll be repping 200 eventually Friday is my last day of 15's finally!

I just started lifting in March of this year(2007)
bench press 70lbs 10reps 3 sets or 100lbs (my max)2 reps
leg press 295lbs 10 reps 3 sets or 500lbs(max) 2 reps
incline bench 70lbs 10 reps 3 sets
stiff legged dead lifts 65lbs 3 sets 10 reps
those are a few of my #'s, hope to be benching 100lbs as my norm very soon!
my body fat is still way up there 41% so cutting is my main goal at this time. I started in Jan at 246lbs I now weigh 216lbs..

DB Shoulder Press: 25 (in each hand) x 6
BB Bicep Curls: 50 x 7

Yeah, high reps drive me nuts! Nothing could be more boring! Except maybe this damn leftover chicken I'm eating. I'm not sure who gave me the idea of cooking food several days to a week in advance but I kinda wanna choke them now. LOL Actually, it's very convenient and I'll do the same thing next week, but I digress...
Let us know how you do at five!

My stats
weight 118, BF 17%
Chest Press 4x8 @ 150
Lat Pulldown 4x8 @150
Overhead Tricep 4x8 @100
Bicep Curl (ea) 4x8 @ 50
Squats 4x8 @ 210
Deadlift 4x8 @ 240
Leg Ext 4x8 @ 210
Still a work in progress. I've only been lifting for 3 1/2 months and its the best thing I've ever done for myself. When I started, I could barely squat my own body weight.

Height: 5'1
Weight: 118 ish
BF %: Don't really know. According to the site I use somewhere between 13-16% but I know I can't be that low unless I really need to add some more muscle mass to bring out the definition
Bench: 50 for 8 for 3 sets
Squat: really light as I've switched from the Smith to the power rack and am trying to get my balance figured out before I actually try to do anything for real
Deadlift: 110 for 5 reps for 3 sets (haven't done that heavy for a while and am 10 reps for 3 sets at 85 right now)
Military Press: 20 lbs dumbbells for 8 reps for 3 sets
