balanced meals for mass?

breakfast is oatmeal 1/2 cup with 2 scoops of protien powder maybe 3 egg whites. 1snack 1cupveg.tuna lunch in pic. 2 snack handful nuts/fruit dinner in pic maybe some other veg. 3snack protien shake.

Question

I was just wondering if anyone had any comments on if this is a good diet plan or if I should add?lose something. All the help you can give me I would apreciate.

All I can say is your meal looks very balanced. You got your protein, You have your veggies and a complex carbohydrate, thats a yam ya?

I'd say it looks pretty good. What I've been doing lately is making sure I am getting 1.5 gram of protein per lb of body weight and 1 gram carb per lb, its what I've been doing for the past month and I've put on 3 lbs and dropped 2% in bf
