Maybe this is symbolic of some of the problems with lighter and younger peaple, in that list you didnt list and leg excersises and your first three were bench and then two types of curl. :-$
For people worried about strenth try 5x5 and for people worried about size try 5x5. Should help most people within that weight range.

Deadlift: 72.5kg/160lbs x 5 with good form (don't wanna screw up my back)
Squat: 62.5kg/137lbs x 5 (easy, haven't really tried more than that)
Bench: 60kg/132lbs x 5
Bodyweight: 70kg/153lbs
Really weak yeah but I have trained for only about a year and that was half-assed

Alternate dumbbell curl 35x6

My Stats
@ 157 lbs (just recently).
I will incline barbell bench press 225 lbs. apx. 3-4 reps; flat barbell bench 225 lbs. apx. 5-6 reps. However, I prefer to do incline barbell presses for chest development.
I don't (yet) do dumbbell curls, except on incline sloped benches to hit the inner biceps.
I hammercurl 45 lbs. dumbbells for apx. 8 reps.
I barbell row 185 lbs. for apx. 8-9 reps.
I barbell shoulder press (military press) 135 lbs. for 4-5 reps. This has been one of my trouble spots in terms of a strength plateauing.
A lot of my results and their variance seriously depends on my daily dieting and preworkout discipline -- a lot more so than training itself.
