What kind of sandwich was it? What kind of bread / filling? You can have a large granny smith apple...I love those. Or a small protein bar. Maybe a glass of milk / soy milk?

You can eat whatever you want. Depends on if you need it or not. Without knowing what else you ate, I'm just gonna suggest drinking a large glass of water. That's what I do if I'm still hungry.

If you're still hungry, try having a handful of peanuts. Usually does the trick. if you are allergic to peanuts, an apple sounds good to me.
