Youre young.. make sure youre lifting properly, be careful when increasing weight, make sure youre taking care of your body with proper nutrition and rest. I have days I feel lousy, but those are also the days I try my hardest because consistency is so important. Keep up the hard work, dont lose sight of your goals, and finish out your sets. Keep records of your workouts as well if youre not already. I find it easier to keep track, view progress, and outline my next workouts that way. Best of luck to you.
