Iron's ALRI Evolution Log (JW/BAM/PA/Restore)
Okay guys, this looks to be a long one. So hope you're ready for the long haul. I want to first thank FitnFirm and the rest of the guys/gals over at ALRI for letting me partake in the new and improved stack. I've been wanting to try this bad boy out for a while.
I am going to run ALRI's badassmass Evolution Stack:
JungleWarfare Wks 1-4 ~ 3 caps/day
BadAssMass Wks 3-6 ~ 2 caps/day
ProAnabol Wks 5-8 ~ 2 caps/day
Restore Wks 7-10 ~ 3 caps/day
In the ten weeks I am looking to put on atleast 5lbs. Hit the 210 mark. And sit at the same or lower BF %. Anything beyond this will be a big bonus.
I am currently sitting at 200lbs upon waking and 205lbs before bed. My BF% is probably around 8%.
I am looking to change up my workout routine in 2 weeks. I am traveling to NC to visit some friends and get away from work for a while. I will hit the gym while down there and will bring my supplements with me. I will eat as well as I can. I am going to make my friend drive me to the local supp store to pick up the essentials for the time I am there. I?m anal, I know. After I get back I am revamping my workout, I am currently planning this out with the help of some smart dudes.
Right now I am still using my 2 on 1 off method:
1. Legs
2. Chest/Tris
OFF
1. Back/Bis
2. Delts/Traps/Forearms
OFF
Repeat
*Calves and Abs every workout, no cardio
My diet is still the same and will not change: 6 meals per day, tapering carbs down at night and taking in more fats. Cals are highest at meals surrounding workouts. I eat primarily unprocessed foods with meals every 2-3 hrs. Carb sources are Rolled Oats, Brown Rice, Steamed Veggies, Fruit, Nuts, and Rice Cakes. Fat sources are Natural PB, Almonds, and Egg yolks. Protein sources are Eggs, Tuna, Rolled Oats, ON 100% Whey (switching to TrueProtien once I run out), ON Casein (switching to TrueProtien once I run out), Almonds, Natural PB, Cottage Cheese (sparingly). I keep sodium low and sugars almost non-existent.
In the end I take in 3500 cals, at a ratio of about 55P/35C/20F.
Supplementation is basically?
CEE at about 7.5g on workout days, and 5 on non
BCAAs at 15g per day
Low dose stim in the morning, which is currently 1 StimX but may change
Glucosamine 1500mg
Fish Oil 3g
Multi 2xday
Metamucil 1tbsp per night
I am looking to get the ball rolling on Monday. I am still waiting on the BAM from the online retailer. I used someone new, so we will see how it works out. I'm sure it will make it here on time.
I?m gonna be updating this log on Anabolicminds.com (PumpingIron), Anabolicbeast.com (PumpingIron) and Bodybuilding.com (Pumping.Iron)
I will be updating this log 2-3 times per week and answering all questions at that time.
Questions...Comments...Verbal Abuse...???

Oh, if I may suggest, it would be great if you could include these in more details as well:
1. Strength gains
2. LBM gains
3. Side effects

I started today.
I took Friday-Sunday off from my diet, from training, from supplementing and from getting enough rest.
I started the first dose of JW this am.
As far as my new training goes I borrowed this from another board. It is a combo of westside bbing, 8x8 and german volume training. Basically it is a combo of quick 8x8 and 8x6 sets with your 20 rm and then sets of 20 with your 20 rm...quick workouts, high intensity. It should prove to promote hypertrophy pretty well. I don't see it giving me any amazing gains in lifts, muscularity seems to be the number 1 benifit.

Quick update (Day 3):
I lost about 5 days worth of JW last night. I feel like the biggest clutz on the planet. Luckily it works out to cutting the JW 3 days short due to there being 30 days worth in a bottle. I'm kinda pissed, but what can you do?
Either way, nothing really to report. No changes yet.

Cool!! I'll be starting the exact same stack in a few days... my order should arrive tomorrow. It would be great to compare thoughts...
How did you lose 5 days worth of JW? Fell down the sink? I don't get it...

Doesn't look like that is happening...I tore my apartment apart, checked the car...
The only thing that could have happened was it fell out of my laptop case on my walk from the car to my apt...

Damn! That sucks, I'll be pissed if I lose just 1 caps, coz it wouldn't be perfect anymore, let alone 5 days worth. That would hurt me big time

We live and we learn, right?

Hey guys...not the best weekend. Personal/Family issues.
Diet was outta wack, sleep was messed up.
Stuck with the supplementation and was able to get a workout in Monday. It wasn't the best.
My BW is up to 207~8...and I look decent, so maybe it's not all bad.
I'm going to be able to eat well this week, until I head to NC. And I will try and eat well down there too, atleast the best as I can. I'll get to workout with one of my boys that I haven't seen in a bit, so I have my fingers crossed for Friday's workout.

It's been a while, huh?
Heres an update:
-Started BAM @ 2 caps/day yesterday.
-BW is at 207~8
-Even after eating like garbage this weekend while I was on vacation in NC, I look pretty good.
...I'm back in the gym today, sun burn and all.
-No negative sides whatsoever.
-Mood is still absolutely stellar.

Update (6/22):
BW is up to 209~210
I am very hyped up about this!!!
I haven't seen those numbers on the scale in a LONG time.
Sleep has been great all but last night. I woke up not refreshed. I'm hoping this is just a fluke though.
Workouts are going great, again all but yesterday were I had a severe lack of energy. Again, I am hoping this is a fluke.
Other than this, no bad sides.
Muscle bodies are fuller, vascularity is about the same.
Lifts are slowly creeping up.
...will update again soon.

Update (6/26):
I am into my 4th week now.
I am up to 210~11 lbs
I am holding quite a bit more water. I am attributing this to the BAM. Nothing really major, I am just carrying more water than I am used to.

Update (7/2):
Final rundown of JW:
I love this stuff. Mood was stellar. I was stronger and bigger on it. My workouts were amazing. I didn't begin to hold any excess water until I started BAM.
Overall: 9/10...it was that good.
Currently taking 1 BAM and 1 Pro-Anabol with meals 1 and 5.
I am still sitting at 210lbs with a little extra water. No big changes with the first week of PA.
I will update again soon.

BAM is a bit of a wet compound, you should see some good strength increases from that addition as well

Update 7/9:
Bodyweight Down to 208.
I am most definitely holding more water than I am used to.
I had a small training injury on wednesday (back went out) that prevented me from going to the gym the ret of the week.
I am changing things up today. Starting a transitional program for the next few weeks. Just an average split with a little cardio thrown in. I will update later with the breakdown.
As far as the Stack is going, I am seeing limited benifit. JW was awesome, but since I stopped taking it, the BAM/PA overlap peroid hasn't seen to do all the much for me.
Only a few more days until I drop BAM and start Restore, I love 6-bromo..

Random update:
I have begun taking Restore @ 3 caps per day and have boosted Pro-Anabol to 3 caps for a day for the remainder of the bottle.
I'm planning on giving my overall impression of the indvidual compounds and overlaps, as well as the entire stack within the last week.
Right now, I am feeling very nice. Pro-Anabol seems to give me a very nice overall feeling. I like it, I must say, I'll be sad to have ended the bottle...
My BW is back up to around 210...I'm still holding a little water, but not quite as much as with BAM...which leads me to believe that PA is slightly wet, but not very.
I look very good...muscularity, vascularity is extremely good...and as a suprise, seperation, especially in my legs, is getting better.

Again, thanks ALRI for allowing me to test of your stack. Right now I'm cruising to the home stretch and only popping 3 restore a day.
My weight, water and overall look has flucated a bit throughout the 10 weeks. But overall I think I've put on 5 solid pounds and a whole lot of strength. Heres a rundown of the individual supps/overlaps:
JW (9/10): Amazing product, probably top two AI's I've ever used. I leaned out, while putting on weight and stregth. Most definitely a solid product.
JW/BAM (8/10): I started holding onto some water. Strength was still increasing.
BAM/PA (7/10): Water subdued a little but I didn't put on much weight during this time period and actually lost a litttle. Strength stayed constant or may have even decreased a little.
PA/Restore (8/10): Began to put on a lb or two. Stregth has gone up slightly and I am leaning out. I'm a huge AI fan.
Restore (9/10): Weight, stregth and overall appearance is coming along again. I feel like a million bucks. 6-bromo is another one of my favorite supps and it has always given me a happy demeanor.
Overall Stack (8/10): There were highs and lows. Personal decisions hindered some potential gains, but thats life. I enjoyed this stack and would recommend all of it to anyone who asked. I would have liked to have seen some better gains off of PA and BAM but I thoroughly enjoyed everday on Restore and Jungle Warfare.
