Boxer Workout

I've been lifting the past 1-2 years for mass and strength, but now I'm realizing looking big can take tolls on my joints and body as I get older. The workout of a boxer immediately sparks my attention to the tune that they do more pyramid schemes, endurance, and core, but still manage to build that muscle and strength. Does anyone have any take on this...or even better, a workout to consider? Thanks for your help.

circuits are very effective, and throwing in maybe 1 or 2 power days during the week is always good- including the like of cleans, deadlift etc.

Hmm, I didn't realize you need to buy his program. I guess what I'm picking up from forums is...weight lifting for boxing is full of compound movements and circuits. Here's the problem, I'm not too sure I've done circuit training, I've done supersets and such, but anybody have any clues on how to put a program together?

I recommend buying his book infinite intensity. I am a wrestler, but his routines and program definitely are amazing and worth trying out. The book is filled with many worksouts and exercises as well as a full program.
