21's
i finish up my becep workout with up n they kill ya arms.... im assuming everyone knows how to preform these but i want sum opinions on reps 8-14 when u just do the top motion how far down do u go without over exerting the exercise ?

I belive the squence for 21's is lower half, top half, full rom. So, whatever half way is for you.
The idea behind them is to increase TUT over a varying range of motion.

i do 21's differently i guess i break my bicep down into 3rds i guess i do the lower 3rd barely any movement than i go bottom to about half way ... than full ROM ... burns badly

So what exactly is the point of the first 14 partial reps aside from exhaustion?
