Sleep
hey guys wasnt sure where to post this but nutrition seemed the best, i know sleep is a very important part of working out and recovering, but do the times that you go to sleep matter? It does sound kind of a stupid question, but due to work and what not I usually go to sleep around 12 to 1 AM and wake up around 9 to 10 AM, so its around 9-10hrs of sleep, but the time im falling asleep is kind of late and im just wondering if it matters, thank you

When, where and why you sleep don't really matter.... the point of concern here is the REM sleep cycle your body goes through. This is the good sleep that your body requires to wake up feeling fresh, energized and have healthy body functions. As long as you're gettin enough good sleep, you're fine.... 9-10 hours though? That's just lazy!
j/k, on my days off from work I usually get around 9 hours.. kinda my way of trying to make up for what I missed. Do whatever feels best for you.

Nah, Im in the same boat as you.... my hours bounce all around the place...
yeah, you may get some slight problems due to hormone imbalance in a situation like this... but soon enough you're body will adapt and you'll be on a failry routine schedule. Just cause the sun's up doesnt meen you can't say goodnight!

Oh man... I hate that the worst of all... I get home and Im already tired... yet I gotta wash out all my food containers and prep everything for the next day... whats even worse is when I get lazy and don't do it... then Im forced to try and make something on the run or find a healthy "fast-food" alternative (Talk about an oxymoron... healthy fast-food)!
You know what else is really really good for breakfast though... my friend taught me this... soak steel cut oats in skim milk or water the night before.... they're nice and soft the next day and when you heat them up they're magnifico! I like mixin a scoop of bsn ldp cinnamon roll powder.... tastes awesome! I imagine mixing chocolate powder w/ them would make them taste kinda like coco wheats
