Started lifting 9/03... fast-forward to current day, took all of 2006 off to dirty bulk my way up to 240lbs. Cut down to 188@8% 4/07.

I am a firefighter/emt/trainer/coach/student so i live quite a busy life.

Stats:

6' 200lbs @9%

Diet:

this will be the first time in 6 months ill be on maintance cals (kinda excited)

2800kcal 40/40/20 style

I will post ending day macros everyday, foods change accordingly.

Training:

I do alot of les mills classes for work as well yoga for the overall mind/muscle connection that i believe makes a huge difference in life.

5-6 days of weights:

legs (quad)
Chest
Shoulders/delts/upper back
Off
Legs (hams)
Arms
Off

Calves/abs/forarms are EOD or as needed

Cardio:

10min warm-up prior to weights, then as needed more cardio via les mills classes and low-intensity walking to keep BF down.

Synthesize

ya man ive been a such a hypocaloric diet for 6 months dropping BF my body has really been fighting back... of late i can only seem to make it 2 weeks before i get horrible food cravings that i never had before. so ill take it easy food wise the next 4 weeks with my ARL stack and then back to hardcore cut. still goal bf is 6%, so will see.

Day 1 5/31 PA/JW

Well surprise surprise my package arrive yesterday night so today i offically start my log!

Dose: per label instructions 3 jw/per day 2/pa per day stacked for 30 days

5/30 workout: Delts and wakeboarding

I was on the lake for 7 hours then hit the gym for 30mins of cardio and delt/shoulder training

side laterals: 10reps..25,30,35,30,25
Seated DB press 10x70 3 sets
front raise: 10x 30 3 sets
machine rear fly: 15-20x 60
db shrugs: 10x 100 3 sets
cable top and rear fly: 30lbs for reps/ pump it out

today 5/31 is rest day

marcos for 5/30 i didnt log due to being at work and the lake. i was around 2500kcals under 100cho.

well this last 10 days have been crazy for me, today is my first day off work in 9 days, ive been off diet, missed 2 workouts, and did i mention ate like crap the last two days during a celebrity golf tourney my company was sponsoring. so with all that said today is the start of some damage control.

ive been on jw/pa for 5 days now ad have noticed and increase is vascularity, random pumps and muscle firmness/tightness which feels great.

As of tomorrow im changing my diet back to a rotational cut diet of 2300kcal for 2 days the a bump to 2800kcals.

ya i felt the jw/pa kick in on day 3 surprisingly. im leaning out right now and noticing some new vascularity and random pumps outside of the gym. also my endurance has gone up.

so i have been doing alot of reading and just general experimenting with my marcos and my body, not only this month and or this log but for most of 2007 really trying to find what works for my body. The last 2 days ive been inspired to try something new for me. i have had round 4000-4500kcal per day but kept my carbos under 200 per day. in the gym i still do a minimum of 30 to 45 mins of cardio per day. let me tell ya wow! still see my abs and my body feels full and tight. quite amazing i must say. so im gonna stick with this for a while and see what result it will produce.
