That's been answered many times over.
Glucosamine, chondroiten and MSM are all fine to take with XF.

They're all fine. I wouldn't take a full serving of Glycergrow though. And I wouldn't take HMB just because I don't believe it will do anything beneficial.

How many hours should be in between taking pills? Does it matter? I have a horrible diet and eat alot of red meat can I still take XF? Why cant I take flax seed oil and fish oil while taking XF? I hope to start taking XF next week. I really dont understand all the warnings. What concerns me is taking a supplement thats advised not to take with XF but not even knowing. What are some common noob mistakes or other things I should look out for when taking XF?

I bet its ideal to spread it out as evenly as possible throughout the day to keep your AA levels high as possible all the time

This is off topic, but whatever happened to the new product you guys were coming out with? I remember you had a thread for guessing how many ingredients were in it...

Actually that very same question was just asked here in this thread
and here's what was answered by the rep

I would take USPLabs Super Cissus as directed on the bottle or even a little less. If it's your first time around, I would not advise this. Just run XF with a creatine and whatever other products you're currently taking. This will let you know just how powerful XF is.

Personally, even if I had to pay full price for my XF I wouldn't hesitate to take cissus. But for first timers, try it alone. I never get any increased joint soreness or anything.
The DOMS are a little more prevalent, but that's all. I like DOMS. It feels like I actually worked out productively. If anyone complains about being too sore, they need to eat more, take a day off or try an easier sport.

Speaking of upper chest, mine feels absolutely slaughtered this morning. I'm not taking XF at the moment (God it's hard when I had 10 bottles sitting here at once - my friends owe me big time!), but hollly mollyy.... I woke up this morning and though "damn Dustin, eat your fricken words, buddy" lol. But who cares? I've gotta catch the pain train, baby!!
..... that, and my gym closes in an hour and a half. I'd better rip to the gym! lol

As it was said earlier in the thread, you should get 500-1000 cals. above your maintainance. But, x-factor is also good for cutting, so its all up to what your goals are.

A lot of people take 2 doses pre-workout.
I take 1 pre and 1 post, is there any reason why I should take 2 before a workout?

That really boils down to a personal choice. Yes, X-Factor makes some people's acne flare up. I'm pretty prone to it, especially on my back, but X-Factor doesn't seem to make it much worse, if any at all. If acne really bothers you and breaking out will ruin your life, I wouldn't risk it. If it is something you can deal with, try it.
Calories are also a personal choice based on your current goals. The posts above gave good outlines for where to start, but you have to find what works best for you.

I'm going to start sounding like a broken record, but this is also a matter that comes down to personal choice. Yes, X-Factor might make your tendinities flare up, and it might make you have some extra soreness, but whether or not this is a problem is ultimately up to you. I have about a million and one old injuries and nagging little problems from too many years of sports. My knees and lower back are always sore anyway, from too many years of playing catcher in baseball. I take X-Factor (I am using it now) with no problems or pains that I don't feel on any average day. To me, the gains are worth the possiblity that I might feel a little extra sore every now and then.

Just make sure you are getting 4 per day and there is nothing to worry about. Dr. P had an interesting post about why it is actually better to take a cap post-workout, so I think what you are doing is absolutely fine.
The main reason that people like to take 2 immediately pre-workout is that X-Factor gives a nice pump effect in the gym. For me, I get good pumps in the gym all the time during my X-Factor cycle, regardless of when I take the caps.

I have allergys so my doctor just gave me RHINOcort nasal spray (budesonide), and clarinex. Maybe a stupid question but is that okay to take x-factor with?
