Hi:
First--you look great! IF you did not change a thing--be proud, you look wonderful
Now, how many times a day do you eat? What do you eat? Caloric intake? Do you train with weights? If so, what is your pre and post workout food intake?

Hi there....Thank you so much for the compliment....
I am not eating the required or suggested 5-6 meals a day!
I am however working out with a trainer 5 days a week..
My pre workout and post workout is a protein shake (Muscle Milk)
HELP!!! I want to compete in a figure contest!

Erika:
Couple more questions:
Are you training with weights with your trainer? What time do you train--am or pm?
I will give you some advice, but need to get a snapshot of of your lifestyle
ps) Muscle Milk is okay, but it is high in fat--a whey protein would be better. More on this later.
And--visually, it appears you could be quite good at a figure contest!

Erica I'm not sure how you can reduce your hip size other than just general weight loss. I'm not sure how fitness contests are judged these days either, but if you want to compete I would think you want to lean out a little bit. But IMO for just being in shape a hanging out at the beach you are spot on fine!! If those hips are 40" then I say 40 is the magic number.
And props to all the ladies in here in general. You gals are really making 40 look like the new 30. Hell some of you I would guess were my age if it didn't say otherwise.

Tina, I bet you can keep your 3 boys in line, looks like some mom can kick azz.
mishca, if that's what "old" looks like then we need more old in this world, you look "just right".

new to all this, so don't knock a trier:)
Lads,
Some of us don't have the guts to put up a photo as yet (me) as there is nothing to show as yet, but we all have to start off somewhere, no?
I'm sure you all were not born with muscles, six meals a day and protein whey shakes, so don't give us beginners a hard time. Anyway, good idea for a forum

You ladies are all looking really good, and are very inspiring to me. I'm sort of 'new' to this too. Not as new to BB.com, but to the BB lifestyle. I really look forward to being much healthier, so as I lose more and more, the braver I will become to post pictures
