This is my first post here in a loooong time but saw ya'lls comp and was intrigued. How are your diets looking through all this? I think any training scheme would work alright for you guys really but your diet is 80 percent of what needs to be done.

i started
the reverse pyramid this week and i like it a whole lot more than the reg. pyramid. Starting with the low reps first helps build my strength.....im digging it

Well
it's been quiet here in this thread but we are all still working out and right now I am in a bulking phase and have gained 14lbs so far this summer. I am currently doing Derek "the beast's" triphase training. tomorrow I start on week number 4. I have loved this program so far and have always been a huge fan of derek's.
