My First Test Booster Experience
I've just recently started working out again so I'm aware that some of my gains will come from that, but I'm about 15 days into a 1 month cycle of "IDS" "Mass Tabs" so far I have loved them. I've gained about 5 pounds of muscle mass and increased my bench press and curl maxes. So far I have experienced very little side effects(really just a little acne on my neck and shoulders). All I'm taking with this is whey protien powder. Is there anything else that would help? Any input would be appreciated, and if you've tried a similiar product with better results i would also like to know for my next cycle.

First day back in the gym since my last post.(been snowed in and stuck at my house). This stuff seems to be really doing what it claims. I gained 2 pounds and lost a percent of body fat plus my reps keep going up. now if i could just get my diet dialed in i'd be in good shape.

I know I didn't do to well at keeping up on my post. I'm done with my cycle now and here are my final results.
Start Now
Weight 185lbs 192lbs
(body fat stayed pretty consistant maybe
went down a little)
Bench 195lbs 225lbs
Incline 180lbs 200lbs
Military 145lbs 170lbs
I haven't been able to do leg maxxes yet I'm still recovering from a knee injury, but the sets are deffently getting easier.
Gained about 1" in my arms and my overall look has improved greatly.
My diet was pretty consistant
Morning- Protien shake and a couple boiled eggs
Day- I tried to eat 4 to 6 boiled eggs+1 protien shake throughout the day at work.(I do metal building construction so finding a good meal can be hard when i could i'd grab a turkey or ham sandwich)
Night- Tuna salad or fish with a agrden salad another protien shake, and if i was still hungry more eggs.
My other supliments were
100% Whey protien
Multi Vit.
DynaBurn(fat burner)
Glcoseamine Chondritin(joint lubricator)
anyway i'll keep up better next time i do this. sorry about this time i'm a noobe at doing the logs.

Nice gains! I could be wrong, but that fat burner could have stopped further growth.

Thanks for the advice. I'm trying a new ph and I dropped the fat burner. Not really going to be an acurate test because the ph is different but hopefully i can get better gains.

hey I did a cycle of mass tabs about 7 weeks ago, gained 12+ lbs and lost a couple % of bodyfat. I've kept all the gains even though lately i've been cutting. I used inhibit-e and the ids pct as a PCT stack, just wondering what you used and how well it worked for PCT. I'm about to start another cycle of mass tabs, last time I took 1 a day for 30 days, this time I'm taking 3 for the first 7 days, 2 a day for the next 2 weeks and 1 a day for the last week, then trying the sns stack of inhibit-e/reduce xt as my pct.
