I must say its a great movie man..I watched it last night..I also ate some steak right before hand and it held me over good...but every1 worries to much..waiting 3 hours wotn hurt your bulk or cut...especially if everyday you are consistent each time, which I am, so once in awhile going over 3 hours by a little wont hurt no1 lol...

how do you guys do the whey + pb at the movies...?
I bring a wrap with chicken/tuna + peanutbutter in them. I put em in a sandwich baggy and in my pocket, no problems...

You blend 1 scoop of whey+2 tbsp peanut butter+1 cup water in'a blender of course...then fill it into a water bottle...and presto...you take it with you lol.
Since it's hot out though and I have no pockets, sneaking it in is out of the question, so Ill just walk in with it...

Dude, if you only knew how bad popcorn and the butter and soda and candy and so on is, then youd be a dedicated bodybuilder. No offense but a little fun is working out and eating right and enjoying some good low fat meals everyday and ever 2-3 hours each day. Now that my friend is FUN
Oh yea, lets all go party and drink a 12 pack of beer, its only fun

I dont think he was encouraging you to down a 12 pack at the movies, and I sorta agree with him on the "have fun" part.
Christ, I'm 18, and when I go to the movies, I'm going to put my freakishly fast 18 year old metabolism to work by eating some pop corn for a change. ZOMG DID HE JUST SAY POPCORN!?! I just shrug it off as a cheat meal, and go on with life.

just saying, the faster you get away from it, the easier it is when ya doing contests or wanting to live healthier

Granola bar or yogurt bar..Granola bar if you want something crunchy and yogurt bar if you want something soft to chew on.. Very convenient to carry around with you all day when in need..Also bring that bottled water to wash it down to have that full effect..

i agree with everything ya said man
and i just really dont see popcorn as "fun" :P its kinda annoying, gets stuck in your teeth, waaay to salty (i dont mind sodium) but makes me soo thirsty. my metabolism is also extremely fast, and i could easily get away with eating anything there. but i dont want to, i dont like the crap, i actually prefer healthier foods. and i really dont see soda doing much good to my muscles, id rather drink a tasty protein shake....but thats just me
btw when i went i just took some jerky, worked out good. but that crap was kinda too salty too, and i guess that gets stuck in your teeth as well :P ima hypocrite .
i gotta start making my only jerky, cut it into bar shape, that'd be the ultimate protein bar!

Eat some of the gum stuck to the chairs in front of you. Most of the flavor and sugars have already been taken out by the original chewer's saliva, so you have nothing to worry about.

yeah. Right now...I would probably bring a diet mountain dew and a protein bar in my purse (some may think the diet soda is a cheat....whatever)
But, if I REALLY wanted to...I would ask for a 'child sized bag' or a cup (what the employees put their's in, of popcorn and just eat it.
I was doing low carb for the past 4 years. I never cheated. NEVER. Except popcorn. I always had my popcorn. Never gained a pound. Now I want to lower my bodyfat percentage...I might think twice..but I won't swear it off forever. But, I def. won't be eating HUGE tubs everytime either.

I agree, a small bag wont kill you, especially if all your meals throughtout the week are in line with everything, especially if im bulking up. I do a keto diet though, and I def dont cheat except on my cheat day, but I like to keep that clean when I can..sometimes I become overwhelmed and want everything thats good all in one day =(

I usually just eat before I get into the theater, but I've never really had a problem with eating during a movie regardless. I usually just go there to watch the movie, I'm going to check out Shrek 3 tonight, maybe check out Pirates next weekend when it comes out here.

When I go into the lines with my friends (who get the extra large pop corns and huge slush drinks, whatever), I'll just grab one of those huge bottles of Dasani water (it's kind of funny how they make movie size waters). And then if they offer me popcorn while watching the movie I'll just take a small palms worth and stop there.
