it is obvious that the guy did this for kicks and giggles. He purposely played that music and lied about the weights because he knew people would say things. He is making everyone else look like idiots for thinking he is serious so he plays along

You're saying what I've suspected for a while. Through my own experimentation of Britney Spears, Cyndi Lauper, pink polos, and dat dere celltech, I've seen my squat levels increase 90% in the past two months.

Iridium lifting is cool but having almost 1000 pounds located in only two plates must create some crazy bar whip. Has the bar whip ever lifted you off the ground and if so how do you counter this, do you use magnetic shoes or anything?

The bar whip isn't that bad, actually. I have the standard bar from New York Barbell and it seems to work well. And I wouldn't say it's almost 1000, I don't flatter myself! I've been doing just 700 for reps recently because I've been cutting.
