Its gotta be the Rocky soundtrack for jogging, especially when u find a set of steps!! But otherwise I find anything with a heavy guitar and shouty vocals very suitable!! Oh and when you've had enough of guitars whip out the old hip hop and rap tunes that push a brother through his negative reps!!

Top ones at the moment (seems to change all the time)
In Flames-Swim
Iron Maiden-The Wicker Man
Metallica-Creeping Death
Eminem-Go to Sleep
Ronnie James Dio-Sacred Heart
Darude-Sandstorm (for some reason it just gets me really pumped)
Soilwork-Stabbing the Drama
And my weirdest pump up song......On Christmas I did my deadlift workout, and I must have played Christmas Eve in Sarajevo by the Trans-Siberain Orchestra over and over. Just the general feel and intensity of the orchestra made me get pumped up as hell. Ended up rack pullin 650 that day, so I was definitely pleased!

Both are decent songs... The Kill is a little QQ-ish, but still good.
Not for getting pumped up to work out, though. Unless your idea of working out is "seeing how deep I can go before it starts to bleed."
Based on your nickname... maybe my joke hit a little too close to home. My apologies if it did.
