Little background: Ive been lifting for not quite a year, dedicated since July, and just began Oly lifting at the start of december, so just over 2 months. The majority of it Ive taught myself but I am still getting a lot better. I just recently came across the thread about John Broz and his training methods, and with a little help from Crackyflipside I've decided to jump right in. Im going to start off at 3 days a week with an accessory day attached for other exercises then work up to going as much as possible.
Yesterday was my first day and I set 3 PR's almost 4. Before that my PR's were:
Clean: 80kgs
Jerk: 80kgs
Snatch: 50kgs
Oly Back Squat: 125kgs
Front Squat: 95kgs

why didn'tyou jump back down to 87,5kg after missing the 89kg attempt rather that increasing the weight even more ? Good job anyway and keep up the good work! Will open a log as well in begining of october!
