How do you turn down dessert when youre a guest?
My roommates gf is making us supper and she's preparing a chocolate pie.
I know both of them will eat a slice or two, and I know I will too, because I dont sweat having dessert now and then.
But how do you politely say no to going for seconds/thirds when you are a guest in another house? I always feel bad if someone cooks for me and I'm not eating it.
I usually end up eating as much as they'll throw on my plate. I dont wnat to look rude by taking too much so I make them force feed me haha. But how do I keep them from doing that?
Any ideas?

It is hard but I just kindly decline and say that I am either full or tell them the truth and that I really don't eat that kind of food any more.

Apple,
Simply tell your host that you are currently preparing for a bodybuilding competion and you cannot indulge in their dessert. Thank them for offering but respectfully say no.
If these are you friends they should understand that you've chosen to be dedicated to achieving a goal.
I know it's tough but that's part of the game
Good Luck man

Say "F*ck you! Thanks, though". Remember the "thanks" since it's paramount that you're polite, being the guest and all.

I try to be nice, its just that my roommate and his gf are... bigger? He's 270 lbs and plays lineman--he doenst believe in nutrition. In fact, he's eating a bag of twizzlers and m&ms. So when i cut my portions down, I take a lot of crap for it. I just dont want his gf thinking either 1)I dont appreciate her cooking for us, or 2) That I'm tryign to send a message that i'm better than them because i'm smaller/dont eat junk food all the time.
Thanks for all the replies and ideas everyone. Always a bunch of help!

Grow a pair and tell them no.
If they get upset, make up something that involves thanking them for it and that it looks great, but you don't want any.
After a few months of no, they should catch on.

Yeah, just say you're full and can't eat anymore. Usually you're the one making the big deal and overthinking it more than the person who did the cooking.
You could just ask her to save you a piece and you'll take it home and eat it tomorrow or later. Then take it home and throw it out or leave it on the counter and hope your fatfriend eats it on you.
Plus there's always tons of other excuses you could use. The caffine and sugar will keep you up later than you want to be, gives you zits, too rich and you'll be in the bathroom all night. etc.

eh for people that you are gonna be seeing over and over might as well just tell them you don't eat that stuff, for others that happen only a few times say you already ate, are full, take a piece and eat later. etc.

I couldnt resist. Theres no point in never having dessert. I believe in moderation. Haha
This dessert was called "Buster Bar Dessert" (Think Dairy Queen Here)
Bottom is crumbled oreos. Layer of Vanilla Ice cream. Layer of fudge/caramel. Peanuts on top of that. and The whole thing is topped with cool whip and a few more oreos.
Say what you want about calories, but I'm going to enjoy it. Was a great tasting dessert! Yum.

Ha guys, it wasnt a problem about eating the dessert I guess. Bad word choice in title. I was more or less wondering if you guys ever feel forced to eat when youre at a friends house and their parents are trying to make sure you eat as much as possible. Thanks for all the replies. And i'm sorry i made my title confusing.
Eating dessert is never a problem. I know it isnt the dessert that makes people put on weight. Its everything else. I dont eat to bulk/cut etc. I just try to pick healthy foods and enjoy.
