How much bread do you guys eat?
I mean like wheat bread.
It's not bad to consume a few pieces a day is it?

Nope, its all good. Always get 100% whole wheat, and if ur picky you can get the natural versions without corn syrup/sugars. I usually eat at least 4-6 slices a day.

I eat around only two pieces a day. (Not a big bread fan I guess?). 100% Whole Wheat brands are pretty much the only type of bread I eat and as long as it fits into your macros, it's perfectly fine.

Yeah I do about that much, I just wanted to check on this. I don't know if I have a natural sugars/ingredients one but I do get 100% wheat bread.

I don't eat bread. Never agreed with me. I prefer grains, legumes and sweet potato's as the staples in my diet.

Two pieces for a turkey sandwich at work for lunch. It's really the easiest way for me to get some carbs that has to be kept in a lunch box.

Ezekiel bread is fairly popular if you enjoy bread, relatively high in protein and low on carbs.

MMMm bread. I like Aunt Millie's 12 grain bread... Maybe two slices a week. I just keep my calories under 1700 each day for sure. It's a great way to get fiber!

According to Fitday, during a period of 5 months, I consumed:
-5361 calories of white bread (2% of all consumed calories)
-5618 calories of rye bread (2% of all consumed calories)
Kinda bad, really.

I usually have between 4 and 8 slices a day. Its 100% WW but for some reason, I always feel kinda dirty about eating that much bread even though it fits into my macros and cals. I guess its the degree of processing that goes into commercial bread. Whatever, stuff is damn good and I can't live without sandwiches and french toast

0 When I was non-KETO. I haven't liked bread for a long time -- I would much rather have oatmeal.
